| | Finally. It's Friday. With the last two Wednesdays off, I was used to work for two consecutive days and rest on the next one. This week seemed long and terrible. I was so tired last night that I dropped on my bed before 11pm. My sister was playing Mario Kart Wii trying to stand on the podium for all cups in the 150cc level (hard). I was too tired to coach her last night. I didn't have any muscle aches after yesterday's training, meaning that I can really increase my physical limits to the next level.
My sister was given a fake $10 bill and didn't even know until the cashier in a food court told her. She was pissed for not noticing at the touch. According to that cashier, she, the cashier, encountered lots of fake $10 circulating around. I'm not surprise. I believe UV lights are used to detect watermarks in dollar bills, and if so, I might just build a portable one using solar cells and small toroid bead.
Speaking of building things, I was really frustrated in finding the stupidest mistake I've made so far in my "programming-life". There's a function called "GetOptions" in PERL. Just like in any programming languages, you write out as follows:
GetOptions (arg1, arg2, ...); with arg1 and arg2 being the input/output arguments of the function. So what mistake I made?
GetOptions = (arg1, arg2, ...); I hit my head on my desk again... |
